1. How do I place an order?

To place an order please select your desired item(s) and add to your shopping basket. Once you are satisfied with your selection, follow the instructions on the checkout page to complete your order. You will need to create an account or log in to an existing account. As soon as you confirm your order, an automated e-mail confirmation will be sent to you.

2. How can I pay for my order?

You can pay using Visa, MasterCard, PayPal. These payment methods are all 100% secure. All submitted personal and payment information is encrypted and secure. Payments are managed by Ogone, our business partner.

3. What happens when I have placed my order?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email notification to confirm this. All personal and payment information will be verified and if there are any issues we will contact you.

4. How do I track my order?

When you place an order and it is dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please use the tracking number to locate your parcel on the DHL website (standard delivery) or UPS website (express delivery). Please note that you will not be able to track your order until the day after you receive your tracking information.

5. Can I amend my order?

Fortunately orders are processed very quickly. Once you have received your confirmation email, your order cannot be amended. Under mandatory law in Italy you have a right to revoke your purchase for a full refund (including the initial shipping fee), and the time limit for exercising such right is 14 days from receipt of the order. In addition, if you for any reason are not completely satisfied with your purchase, PANDORA eSTORE offers you to return any item within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price (excluding the initial shipping fee).

6. Can I cancel my order?

8. My payment has been declined

  • • Please check your card details in your account to make sure the information is correct, e.g. the expiry date or your billing address.
  • • Make sure that you enter the security code correctly – the three digit number on the back of your card.
  • • Your payment may have been declined by your bank – please check this with your bank.
  • • If you’ve checked all of the above, we suggest you try paying with another card.

9. Can I change my billing address after I have placed an order?

Orders are processed very quickly and so it is not possible to change your billing address once an order has been placed. 10. Can I change my shipping/delivery address after I have placed an order?

Orders are processed very quickly and so it is not possible for the PANDORA eSTORE to change your shipping address, however once you have received your tracking information you can contact DHL (standard delivery) or UPS (express delivery), who may allow for a delivery address change. Please note that the eSTORE cannot accept responsibility for any delays in the delivery of orders when amendments have been made to the delivery address and will not offer any compensation.
